Guest access, without a borrowed login

The request showed up in every onboarding call: “Can the client just look?” Until this week the honest answer was a shared login or a PDF. Neither belongs in a product that already has organizations.

v1.4 adds a guest role. Guests open the workspace, see the start-page overview, and leave a comment. They cannot change billing or invite anyone else. Your team still switches between clients the way they did yesterday.

We shipped it as a changelog entry first and this note second, on purpose. The log is for people who already use Acme. The journal is for people deciding whether the shape fits.
